Following the recovery of system access, we are moving into the final stage of our account resolution process. Having almost completed pending rewards and processed verified claims for active, in-profit, and evaluation accounts, we are now initiating the Account Rollout Plan.
Account Restoration Overview
All accounts active that remain active through the Claims Form Process, will be restored to their exact state prior to the interruption:
- Evaluation Accounts
- Resume from the exact phase and equity held on August 29, 2023.
- Funded Accounts
- Fully restored for accounts at exact equities held on August 29,2023.
- Program Options
- Traders will have the option to maintain their account under the original program rules or transition to the newly updated program structure.
2-Stage Account Rollout Schedule
To ensure stability and operational accuracy, accounts will be restored systematically across two distinct phases in 30 days:
- Rollout Distribution
- Each Rollout Stage restores 50% of total eligible accounts.
- Schedule Interval
- Each Rollout Stage will be launched 30 days apart.
- Completion Window
- Full account restoration across all phases will be complete within 30 days.
- Account Selection Criteria for Rollout
- Selected Randomly from a Randomizer
Credentials and Activation Process
Stage Assignment
You will receive an email specifying your assigned Rollout Stage and expected release timeline.
Credential Distribution
Rollout Stage 1 traders will receive dashboard access and trading account credentials ahead of the official launch day.
Account Unlocking
Accounts will remain locked upon delivery and will unlock automatically on launch day for trading.

Between now and launch day, we'll be sharing updates as we bring the MyForexFunds experience back to life.
We'll be bringing our dashboard back online, setting up our trading servers, and beginning to issue accounts to eligible traders whose accounts were affected by the August 29, 2023 freeze.
We'll also take you through our new programs, designed to bring greater freedom and flexibility back to CFD prop trading. We'll share more about the features, structure and opportunities they offer, and how we're working to create an experience that better reflects what traders need today.
You'll also learn more about the trading platforms that will be available as part of our return, including both familiar platforms and new additions.
