The MyForexFunds brand has been acquired by Global Solutions Operations FZE following the completion of an acquisition agreement with Traders Global Group Inc.

The acquisition includes the MyForexFunds and MFF trademarks, logos and brand assets, the myforexfunds.com domain and associated websites, and the brand’s official social media accounts.

Traders Global remains solely responsible for its discretionary rewards program for traders whose accounts were affected in August 2023. Traders Global has engaged Global Solutions, under a services agreement, to administer the remaining phases of that program on its behalf. The program remains Traders Global’s program and all determinations continue to be made at Traders Global’s discretion.

Commenting on the acquisition, Haider Raza, Chief Executive Officer of Global Solutions, said:

“MyForexFunds is one of the most recognized names in the proprietary trading space, and that recognition is what we have acquired.”

“Our first order of business is completing the discretionary rewards program on behalf of Traders Global. We are also in discussions with members of the original MyForexFunds operations team about joining Global Solutions, because members of the original team bring experience no one else has.”

Murtuza Kazmi, Chief Executive Officer of Traders Global, added:

“These traders have been patient for more than three years, and completing that process remains our priority. Placing the administration with the team that now owns the brand is the most direct way to finish it.”

Global Solutions is not currently offering any products or services under the MyForexFunds brand.

An important update regarding the brand is expected in the coming weeks and will be shared through official MyForexFunds channels.

Traders with questions or pending submissions under the discretionary rewards program should continue to use the existing submission and communication channels, which Global Solutions will now administer on behalf of Traders Global.
