To our beloved MyForexFunds Family,

Its been a long time and once again I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for their patience, trust, faith and support over the last 2 and a half years.

It is now time to get down to business. If you recently saw my video I mentioned that one of our first orders of business is settling what we owe to the traders who have requested payouts in the days leading up to the sudden closure. We will be doing this - so if this applies to you, and you have already requested a payout, please keep your eyes peeled on your inbox. We have a few legal and logistical things necessary to be completed, such as the setup of payment vendors, before we can start the processing of these payouts. We will update you in due time and reach out to confirm details and make sure everything is done properly.

Following the legal setups and getting these payments cleared, we will move onto the next step which is separating the charge-backed accounts from the non-charge backed accounts. Once this is done we will then start reviewing data regarding the state of each account at the time of closure.

We have the intent and will do our best to provide payouts to legitimate users who were close to due and had positive equity. Currently, this would be considered positive equity 1 or 2 days prior to closure due to a data constraint.

This process will take time and requires us to finish vendor set up for servers, dashboards etc to crosscheck everything we have. Please refrain from sending us anything regarding your account until we request it. We need to rely on existing data sources first to build the picture before we look at any external data sources.

As we have mentioned publicly, there were some issues with maintaining servers, email accounts, and other data storage during the shutdown as bills were not paid by the overlooking authority or there was confusion in the process. We are working our best on resolving this, right now we can say that we know who our customers were and what account type they had and we are working on the rest. Again, we appreciate your patience on this.

Once the above is rectified, we will then provide further insight into what the plans are for everything else.

We know this doesn’t answer all questions, but we will get to answering everything when we can do so with 100% surety. We know you will continue being patient with us as we untangled the mess that was caused by the uncesserary and wrongful shutdown of our MFF.

Updates will come as soon as we have them. We are looking forward to reviving our great community and bringing trust back to the industry.
