How is the overall drawdown calculated?

The overall drawdown is 12% of the initial account balance.
For example:
If you have a $100,000 account, then 12% of that is $12,000. Even if you grow your account to $105,000 your max drawdown will still be below $88,000.
If your account equity/balance ever goes lower than $88,000 then your account has violated the overall drawdown rule.
